Character sheet: Johnathan Banks

This is a character from a story I am co-writing with a close friend of mine. This little character here is one of the characters I created, Johnathan Banks, college/university student in London-- studying Literature. (Wow, he don't look british at all, right?)

Anyway, don't bother trying to read the huge amount of text in there. It's all in Portuguese, yo. And there's no way I'm going to translate all that now or anytime soon. It's basically just specifying his age, which is 22, other details, like nationality, and his likes and dislikes. Other things along the page is a detailed explanation of his personality and etcetra, plus his appearance as far as clothing goes in the first chapter. He's a effeminate dude, I am aware of that. But I like those kind of character-os. :)

On a side note, I hope to continue Kat' + Jan's story some time next week, hopefully. If I find the time and patience and motivation, 'course.

Hope you guys like.

lol, so here I go clicking on the pic first thing...and all those words are in PORTUGUESE! Gah! i so wanted to read it, too...*poke* *hopes for translation upcoming*

Johnathon Banks, I like the name. He DOES too look British! He has that intelligent look to him. Nice eyes. I like the nose, too.

That must be fun to cowrite with a friend! I've tried that before but it never really worked out. Glad someone is doing it, tho. What is with you new tendency to end things with "o" ?

I look forward to more of the two girls' stories. I hope the motivation/inspiration/encouragement comes to you! :)

Man, this makes me think of drawing...I SHOULD be drawing, too! I like this idea, drawing a character b ody, face, with a textual description alongside. Nice. That's how they do it in anime books and comic characters I've seen around.

I was just thinking when I saw the picture that it was a small take anime - even though I've not read or seen much of it (just what you and Chai have exposed me to - lol) and I agree - that is a cool idea to do character sketches with a full body picture - that way you have the image at all times when you are writing them. I've tried to do character things but come up short - I guess with short stories it is harder to follow all the guidelines out there for writing a story - but that's okay - eventually I will get the stuff down.

I too look forward to more of the Kat and Jane story (I think that was the names - I'm old and forgetful over here - lol)

I hope you find some motivation and write everything you want to write - thanks for sharing - E :)
